ABOUT THE SERIES: HOLD AND RELEASE The remaining work are part of my “Hold and Release” series. This series embarks on a journey exploring the themes of unfolding and growth. Intimately tied to my journey as a mother with a child leaving home. Here I navigate between structure and release. Inspired by the breathwork of meditation practices, each long brush stroke is an exhale that calms and invites viewers to surrender to the vast expanse of possibility.
