With more than 0.62m² of usable grill space, there is room to cook roughly 45–50 quarter pounder burgers or 100+ standard sausages at the same time, depending on their size and how much space you leave between them. That makes the Volcann PRO a great choice when a standard garden barbecue simply isn't big enough. The cooking surface is split across two removable grill sections manufactured from substantial 8mm steel. Splitting the grill into two sections makes them easier to remove for cleaning and gives you better access to the charcoal below. Pull-out charcoal trays also make it easier to top up fuel during longer cooking sessions and clear out ash once everything has cooled. The main barbecue body and legs are manufactured from 2mm hot rolled steel, giving the unit a solid, heavy-duty feel. Galvanised 0.9mm protective trims are fitted around exposed edges, while the front is finished with a riveted Volcann PRO badge for a premium finishing touch. At 900mm tall, the barbecue provides a comfortable working height, while the large lower shelf gives you useful storage for charcoal bags, utensils, trays, serving equipment and other BBQ supplies. We also recommend keeping the barbecue covered and dry when it is not in use, especially during longer periods of poor weather. The cooking grills should be cleaned after use once they have cooled. Regular seasoning with a suitable cooking oil will also help protect the bare steel cooking surface and build up a more naturally non-stick finish over time. Please Note This is an Extra Large Outdoor Grill supplied fully assembled on a pallet. The hot rolled steel requires regular care and oiling to help protect it from rust. We recommend using a suitable outdoor cover when the barbecue is not in use. Always allow the barbecue, charcoal and ash to cool fully before cleaning or emptying the charcoal trays.
