What shall I take with me? XVIII
This work forms part of a new series of monotype prints titled What shall I take with me? that are inspired by an Aztec poem of the same name. The poem recognises the finite nature of life and proposes that, if nothing else, we should use our time on earth to create beauty. Taking inspiration from everyday motifs, these works celebrate the aesthetic parts of life as a revitalising force. Framed.
