Good Night (Restful Sleep) Tea Blend

Your last cup of the day — and a good one to end on. Good Night is a blend of herbs that have been traditionally reached for at bedtime: farm-grown chamomile, oat straw, lemon balm, catnip, and skullcap, rounded out with hops for a slightly earthy depth. The chamomile leads — mild and floral — while the rest of the blend settles in quietly around it. Gentle, unfussy, and made for the hour when the day is finally done. Steep covered to keep the volatile oils in the cup where they belong. Good with a little honey.
