Temperature controlled fermentation, medium length maceration with frequent pumping over and delestages, and a long time on the lees. Aging Aged 8-10 months in small oak barrels (barriques) and in the bottle for six months. Analytical Data Alcohol 13% vol. Tasting Notes Intense ruby red color with purple hues. Persistent aromas, with hints of ripe red fruits & plum. Full body, round & Velvety taste with an elegant & soft finish. Serving Recommendations Ideal with meats and aged cheeses. Vintage 2023
