Valhalla Strength presents Spring Cup An SBD 3-lift novice powerlifting competition — open to anyone keen to compete (excluding previous podium finishers). 📅 Saturday, 14 November 2026, 9AM 🏋️ Over $5,000 in prizes — including 4× APL Valhalla comp entries paid, 6× $100 Harris Stability vouchers, 6× 12-week Valhalla Strength gym memberships, 6× Ideal Dexa scans, 6× Ideal Nutrition consults and 4× VANTAGE Physio sessions. New here? First-time members get half-price gym membership through comp prep, with full access to competition equipment and coaching support. Spectators: $15 at the door, under-15s free. Competitors: All event info comes by email — tick "send me emails and offers" at checkout and check your spam. Please forward these to your coach. Registering & payments Sign up under your own name and account; duplicate or incorrect entries are invalid. Accidental double-payments can be refunded, less a $10 processing fee. Refunds: No refunds within 10 weeks of comp day. Before then, refunds are honoured minus a $10 fee. You can transfer your entry to another competitor anytime (they'll need federation membership if the event is sanctioned). See you on comp day!
