How it works: Jojoba Oil - a skin calming and hydrating oil with natural antibacterial properties and vitamin E. Lavender - camphorous fresh floral - promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety, mood balancing, improves sleep. Chamomile - warm, soft apple-like floral - calms the nervous system, anti-inflammatory, pain and tension relief, improves sleep. Blue Tansy - warm herbaceous/camphorous + subtly fruity - promotes relaxation, spiritually grounding, mood balancing, quiets the mind, skin soothing. Bergamot - sweet citrus/warm floral - calms the nervous system, reduces anxiety, mood balancing. Cedarwood - deep, earthy, woody + subtly smoky - spiritually grounding, promotes relaxation, anti-anxiety, improves sleep. To use: Roll onto pulse points such as wrists, collarbone, temples and/or soles of the feet as needed.
