Rolex Datejust 41mm Silver Jubilee 126300 2019 [Preowned]

Overview The Datejust 41 in 126300 is Rolex's smooth-bezel take on the modern Datejust, launched in 2017 as the direct successor to the 116300 and the reference that introduced the Calibre 3235 to this size. Without the fluted bezel, the watch reads closer to an Oyster Perpetual scaled up than to the classical Datejust identity, a deliberate departure that trades ornament for a cleaner, more modern read. The case is 41mm Oystersteel with a smooth, polished domed bezel and a screw-down Twinlock crown, water resistant to 100 metres. The silver dial carries applied 18k white gold baton markers rather than printed ones, giving it a dressier presence than the steel case alone would suggest, with Chromalight lume on the hands and indices. The five-link Jubilee bracelet is Oystersteel throughout, polished centre links against brushed outer links, closed with a folding Oysterclasp and 5mm Easylink extension. Cyclops lens over the date at 3 o'clock, magnifying at 2.5x. Inside is the Calibre 3235, Rolex's current-generation movement that replaced the outgoing 3135 across the Datejust range, running on a Chronergy escapement and blue Parachrom hairspring. Power reserve is approximately 70 hours, a substantial jump over the 3135's 48, and the movement is certified as a Superlative Chronometer to -2/+2 seconds a day. Silver is the entry-price dial into the Datejust range, but this example carries the Jubilee, the more sought-after of the two bracelet options on the 126300.
