Emma Paton - 90% Tungsten Steel Tip Darts

The Winmau Emma Paton Edit is a 23g steel tip dart set built on 90% tungsten barrels, developed with Sky Sports presenter Emma Paton. The barrels run a parallel profile with square and round grooves cut along the full length, and the set uses Winmau's Fusion integrated flight and shaft system in place of separate flights and stems. The design focus is a moderate-grip dart that arrives assembled and ready to throw straight from the box. At 90% tungsten, the 23g barrel is held to 50.8mm long and 6.57mm wide, so three darts occupy less space in the board than a brass or lower-tungsten set of the same weight, which matters when grouping tightly in a treble bed. The weight sits through the centre of the barrel, suiting a grip taken around the middle rather than at the point or the rear. The square and round grooves run the full barrel length and give enough texture to find the same finger position each throw without catching on release. The Fusion integrated flight and shaft removes the join where a flight normally works loose, so flight alignment stays consistent and there are fewer parts to replace over time.
