This is a rare, exotic natural mutation of the classic Bourbon coffee plant. It yields uniquely striped cherries and produces an incredibly sweet, fruit-forward coffee. In the cup, expect a vibrant and juicy profile with notes of sweet navel orange, cherry coke vibes all on top of vanilla and cocoa finish. This coffee comes to us through our friends at Sudus Coffee, where sustainability is more than a buzzword—it’s built into every step of their process. Chemex Dose: 1:16 20g/320ml Grind: Medium fine Temp: 197 degrees Fahrenheit Bloom: 50ml of water saturating the coffee. 2nd Pour: Pour in tight circles until 180ml Final Pours: Add 20-40ml of water each pour until reaching 320 ml. Allow coffee to drain almost fully between pours. Final Brew Time: 3:30 minutes
