Each bean is meticulously handpicked and sun-dried at elevations reaching over 7,200 feet (2,200 meters). From the lush mountainous terrain to the meticulous drying process, every sip embodies our dedication to ethical sourcing directly from farmers. A Note From The Farmers This year we were fortunate to have rain showers for most of harvest which aided in cherry ripeness and quality. We always continue our work to improve process and quality measures as much as possible with lotting and sorting both at the farm and at the mill. “Sulladjah” is the name that was given to the highest part of the farm at around 2,200 meters. This is where a community of people live and work that area of the farm. It is an extraordinary place with forest and a natural spring straight out of the mountain side that creates a waterfall.
