Blue Mini Dress w/Colorful Trim

Vintage mini dress/resort wear crafted in Yucatan Mexico, that was sold in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. The dress is a bright, sky blue color. The neckline is squared off in front and back and is adorned with rickrack and strips of colorful fabric. The sleeves of the dress are bell shaped and have rick rack, colorful strips of fabric, and lace edging the opening. The hem of the dress also has this trim. Bust: 40” Shoulders: 18 1/2” (measured from edge to edge of rickrack) Hips: 48” Length: 33” Condition: excellent other than a pinprick size faint rust mark, I tried to get a photo, but it is so faint it wouldn’t show up
