Kiwi Berry Vinegar

Flavor Profile: Medium acidity, medium sweetness Tasting Notes: Tropical and fruity, driven by kiwi berries but with notes of passion fruit, pineapple, elderflower, and apple Kitchen Pairings: Vinaigrettes, health/probiotic consumption, pastry, fruit salads, salsa, this has a lot of versatility but a decidedly sweet and fruity flavor profile. Bar Pairings: This has "Tiki" written all over it. Wonderful with rum, vodka, and actually does well with "sweeter" gins (think Plymouth).
