According to the box labelling, this part (No. 08-08, 8Ω) was designated as a universal service replacement, fitting virtually all Castle Acoustics cabinet models produced prior to 1995 — making it a useful spare for anyone restoring or maintaining a Castle loudspeaker from this era where the original tweeter has failed or is in poor condition.
