The Fermentation Project – PRE ORDER NOW for SEPTEMBER DISPATCH

One coffee, processed four different ways. James Hoffmann’s Fermentation Project is a global event which encourages people from around the world to explore different fermentation processes within coffee; and participate in a live global cupping lead by James himself. We are delighted to be one of the UK roasteries joining in this fantastic global project. Head to this page to find further links and information about the project. Full set of coffee available for pre-order NOW, roasted on 21st July, rested throughout August, with shipping & fulfilment expected throughout September following the Project’s scheduling. You can purchase these coffees to sample for yourself at home ahead of the live-streamed cupping on Saturday 3rd October at 3pm (UK time). The cupping can be joined either in your own home or here with us at our roastery in rural Cheshire (limited spaces available following this link). Each set includes 4x 80g sample boxes – more than enough for you to explore in your own time, as well as joining the cupping should you wish to. If ordered with additional items then please be aware that all items will be sent together once The Fermentation Project coffees are ready to ship.
