George & Joseph, 140 Harrogate Road, doors at 7pm for a 7:30pm start. As the nights draw in, join us for a cosy evening of cheeses with proper autumn character. This guided tasting is all about big flavours: smoky, savoury, rich, warming and a little bit indulgent. We’ll taste our way through a selection of cheeses that feel made for Bonfire Night season — from deeply savoury British favourites to bold blues, washed rinds, and cheeses that love a chutney, a cracker and a glass of something warming alongside them. As always, we’ll talk you through each cheese, the people who make them, what makes them special, and how to serve them at home. Expect plenty of flavour, a few surprises, and lots of ideas for building a brilliant autumn cheeseboard. Perfect for cheese lovers, curious foodies, or anyone looking for a relaxed evening in Chapel Allerton with some seriously good cheese. Additional drinks and shop goodies will be available on the night – no physical ticket needed, just give your name at the door! Please note: each ticket is valid for one guest only.
