Tactical Combatants Medical Course – 2-Day Intensive One of our flagship offerings, this 2-day tactical medical course delivers high-impact, mission-driven training designed for those who operate in harm’s way. Built on the principles of TCCC/TECC, this course bridges the gap between tactical operations and life-saving interventions, equipping both law enforcement and EMS personnel with the skills to save lives under fire. Students will progress through scenario-based instruction, culminating in live-fire medical exercises that test both decision-making and performance under stress. Hosted by the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office Tuition: $550 Prerequisite: L.E. & MIL only. Highly capable skills on carbine and pistol platforms. This is not a beginner course.
