The case features four full-width drawers fitted with its original oval brass bail pulls and decorative backplates, with a central keyhole on the upper drawer. Characteristic Hepplewhite design elements include slender square legs, a shaped apron with a distinctive central drop and the light, refined proportions favored during the American Federal period.
