Autumn Harvest Brewing Cacao - Limited Edition

This is a limited offering for the beginning of fall. When it’s gone, it’s gone.This smells of a light dusting of cocoa powder. The flavor has a lovely juiciness and brightness without the sourness one might expect of such a delicate cup. It is an elegant and refined cup. I found it very satisfying, with notes of yellow fruit. In particular, I found Japanese plums and golden currants. The more I sipped, the more I started woolgathering about the time of year and harvest time. I realised it was because I was getting notes of baked squash—specifically, caramelized roasted acorn-squash skin—and hints of stewed apple.
