Our Picanha Steaks are prepared by taking a whole Picanha (aka rump cap) and portioning it into individual 300g steaks. As this cut naturally changes in width and thickness, steaks may vary in shape and appearance. PLEASE NOTE: The final triangular cut from the rump cap may be smaller or irregular in shape, but it cooks just as beautifully and can be grilled, sliced, or diced for skewers, stir-fries, or steak bites. For best results, season simply with salt and cook over a hot grill, barbecue, or pan. Sear the steak fat-side down first to render the fat, then cook to your preferred doneness. Rest before slicing and serve cut against the grain.
