Matajano 2024
This wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in steel and concrete tanks, with 3 days of skin contact, followed by 6 months on lees in a concrete tank. It is bottled without fining or filtering, with unfermented must added for foam. After 12 months on lees, it is disgorged without dosage. A total of 500 bottles are produced.
