EHR Specialist (NHA CEHRS)

An Electronic Health Records Specialist is a healthcare administrative professional who manages patient records and medical information using electronic systems in hospitals and clinics. This program is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of electronic health records and prepare students for national certification. * Certification Issuing Organization: National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Key Responsibilities Manage patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Enter and update patient information, test results, and treatment records Review records for accuracy and collaborate with healthcare providers Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy regulations Program Information Program Length: 8 weeks Delivery Format: 100% online Medical English Support: Four practical conversation sessions (in-person or via Zoom) * Korean summary study materials are provided to support learning comprehension Tuition Information Tuition includes online lectures, practice exams, and summary study materials. $50 registration fee and $95 AHA BLS (CPR) certification fee required separately Certification Exam Upon completion of the program, students may sit for the NHA CEHRS (Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist) exam Full-length practice exams are provided for exam preparation Admission Requirements (Summary) Must be at least 16 years of age Government-issued identification High school diploma or college degree (English version required; GED accepted) Admission Process To enroll, students must complete the application form and pay the registration fee.
