A brand new release, an NV Sparkling to sit alongside the luxury of our Méthode Traditionnelle. A non-pretentious sparkling for the season. Made with the foundations of traditional Sparkling winemaking, switching patience for party once we've got it locked in. A pale green hue depicts the sunshine just before golden hour, and has been captured in this bottle. An initial hit of exotic citrus follows, and that green apple crunchy acidity braces you for a tightly wound mineral palate. Layered with notes of Meyer lemon, and a whisper of creaminess over white flowers and honeycomb.
