Thursday May 28th 6-8 pm Hotel El Roblar, 122 E Ojai Ave, Ojai, CA 93023 Join PALMA Collectiva at Hotel El Roblar for PRESENCIA, a call to the present, hosted by Kelly Jean Anderson,Meredith Markworth-Pollack, and Giuliana Mottin. Working with the mediums of Cacao + Sound + Herbs, this ceremonial evening is an opportunity to awaken, connect and ignite creativity. We will begin with ceremonial Cacao, where the indigenous communities have used this gentle plant wisdom for thousands of years as heart opening medicine. Traditionally, these ceremonies were to help communities unite, share and connect, particularly around the harvest of their crops. We will set intentions and fall into a Sound Journey led by Kelly Jean Anderson, using frequency, voice and rhythm to bring you to a place of deep resonance. During the sound experience facilitators Meredith and Giuliana will work individually with native plants and Reiki to enhance the immersion into presence. Bring journals to capture reflections and insights. All set up included. PALMA classes are nonrefundable, however a credit can be issued toward another class if cancelled within 48 hours.
