Reiki I Attunement - Sunday, April 19th

This class covers the basics of Reiki Healing, focusing primarily on self-healing and opening up the pathways to Reiki energy. We will cover the principles of Usui Reiki, which includes hand positions and simple techniques. There will also be time for practical application with other students in the class.
