NextLevel Pulsar™ Brewer

The Pulsar Brewer is a hybrid pour-over coffee maker with valve-controlled flow and no-bypass design for consistent, high-extraction brewing. It's what we use on bar and Josie Coffee and also at home. It's a brewer which compromises nothing, it allows us to achieve high, even extractions that deliver clarity of flavour and balance without any astringency. The Next Level was designed as a collaboration with Jonathan Gagné, Canadian Physicist and author of "The Physics of Filter Coffee". It's no-bypass design allows us to brew a lot more liquid coffee from the same amount of ground coffee, which is a win for the pocket as much as for the taste in the cup.
