Azienda Agricola - Monte del Fra Chiaretto di Bardolino

This pale dry rose from the Bardolino DOC on the banks of Lake Garda is produced using the 3 main varieties of the region, Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella. 24 hours of cold maceration followed by traditional wine making techniques in stainless steel leave us with a crisp and clean rose. 🍇 Corvina, Molinara & Rondinella Country: 🇮🇹 🍷 On the palate we get hints of white flowers and lychee, followed by classic red fruits like redcurrant and raspberry. Even with its pale colour there is depth and body to this wine and medium acidity. Enjoy Ideal aperitif or with foods such as salads, fish or pizza. ABV: 12.5%
