Date: c.1950 Artist: Unknown Size (in): 28” x 20.5” Size (cm): 71.1 x 52.1 Condition: B Linen backed: No This is a vintage original c.1950 Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus poster featuring a large image of a smiling clown with a “The Greatest Show on Earth” logo printed just below. The lower right corner has a union made emblem and the bottom center is printed “Litho In U.S.A.”. This vintage original poster is free or tape and shows moderate handling wear and some slight toning from age. The poster shows some bumping, microtears and slight creasing to the edges in places, a couple small pinholes, a small nick off the margin on the left side and small unobtrusive spot on the right margin. Overall condition is very good for this vintage original.
