Aluminum Baseplate Rubber Pad

Cedrus board mounts feature a smooth, anodized aluminum surface resulting in an ultra-stiff connection to your board. Some riders have requested a rubber pad to minimize scratching mainly on Foil Drives. The rubber pad standard on our Integrated masts is now available for purchase separately and can be applied to our Forged, Clydesdale, and Surf/Wind masts if fitted with Foil Drive compatible mounts. This high quality, CNC cut neoprene pad is made locally in Seattle. If purchased with a mast, we will apply it for you before shipping. We recommend wiping your mount with alcohol before applying the pad to your mast. Please note that sand (abrasives) cause scratches, and that it's critical to keep all surfaces clean at the time of assembly to truly prevent scratches. Some riders have reported a reduction in noise level with the use of a rubber pad, however we make no guarantees related to this.
