Confident Cables - knit a hot water bottle cover
We've got the perfect project to get your cable mojo going! In this workshop, you will knit one side of a mini hot water bottle cover in aran weight yarn. You'll learn the basics of cabling using a cable needle and after you finish the other side at home and sew it up, you'll have a lovely hot water bottle cover to keep or gift to a friend. To be successful, you'll need to know how to cast on and knit and purl, but beyond that, we'll teach everything else you need to know. The workshop fee includes 50 grams of our lovely Colourlab Aran yarn from West Yorkshire Spinners. You will also need a pair of 5.0 mm single ended needles or a circular needle if you prefer, and 2, 4.0 mm double pointed needles to make your i-cord tie. We will have an assortment at the shop for sale if you don't have this size at home. This workshop is led by Debbie Judd
