Border will be 5cm within window pane design and border. SIZE - CUSTOM Approx 140cm wide x 230cm length. Border is 5cm all the way around including windows. 3 panels across x 4 panels down which is 12 panels in total. Layout approved. MATERIALS - Memory clothing pieces on top panel - window framing fabric will be approved with client - grey lightweight denim chambrey - APPROVED BY CLIENT WITH DENIM. Cotton / bamboo batting set inside approx 1.5mm to 2mm loft of batting. Layout of clothing approved with client as per attached. Please note we double up our internal batting usually however client has selected 1 layer. BORDER - will be approved with client - denim as approved by client BACKING - Propose black or charcoal minky plush - plain no dots, colour is slightly darker in one view and lighter on another view due to plush. Grey as approved with client in person. Some variations do occur with being slightly darker. COLOUR CALLED SLATE. DETAILS - Window pane type quilt, with square grahpic tees. Border surrounding. Border will be topstitched that will go through to back layer also. Backing is plush minky. Tee panels and window panes will be topstitched to the batting, however not through to the other side. Dome badged will be removed to stitch onto plain panels. The tee stitched in back of vest will be removed and edged and stitched to a similar colour backing of one of the supplied tees to use as a panel. By purchasing these items you understand that we do cut and disassemble your items in order to create your piece. Every design differs slightly due to the fabric used and the condition of the items. We do try our best to maneuver around tears / pilling / marks on the items provided to the best of our ability and what we do need to create your garment. We will of course be in touch with any concerns too. There may be times that we need to change things around where required, this could be due to a fabric, trim or fabric pieces that may be damaged or on receipt we see potential to incorporate beautiful details into your items - so we will always let you know in full communication and disclosure to you on each step of the way. Upon completion you will receive a few studio photos of your finished item like below - showcasing your beautiful piece. Please ensure you select the recommended postage option of - EXPRESS POSTAGE WITH SIGNATURE ON THIS ITEM to ensure the quickest and safest possible postage option. PLEASE ALSO SEND A SELF ADDRESSED PRE PAID SATCHEL IN "XLARGE" SIZE WITH YOUR ITEMS, SO WE CAN SEND THE BALANCE OF YOUR ITEMS BACK TO YOU IN A SEPERATE PACKAGE. As the parcel on this listing will only fit your finished order. If this hasn't been done, we may need to ask for the return postage costs of the clothing if we cannot fit it into the package of your finished items. This listing is only accommodating the postage for the finished quilt and bear return as some clients prefer to not receive the clothing balance back. Our heirloom cloth pieces are unable to be machine washed due to the nature of the items, they can however be spot cleaned with a damp clean cloth and air dried flat and thoroughly.
