A super-detailed A3 art print of North British Locomotive Company's D600 Warship Class locomotive D604 'Cossack' in British Railways green livery. The loco is named after the Royal Navy Tribal Class destroyer H.M.S. Cossack, built by Vickers Armtrongs on the River Tyne. She served with distinction in World War Two, most famously boarding the German supply ship Altmark in February 1940, liberating some 300 Allied prisoners. She was torpedoed in the Atlantic on October 23rd 1941 by U-563, and sank in bad weather while under tow to Gibraltar.
