A professional olive oil tourism experience that will allow you to get to know the product in its purest state, just when the olive is transformed into oil. The day begins with a presentation of the project and the production model, to understand the approach based on regenerative agriculture and its direct impact on the final quality of the oil. Next, you will access the olive mill in operation (depending on the time of the campaign), where you will see first-hand the production process and how freshly harvested olives are processed. The experience is completed with a lunch featuring local products and a tasting of first-press olive oils, where you will identify the characteristics of the Arbequina and Rojal varieties at their freshest and most expressive moment, with all their aromatic intensity and complexity. A space designed for professionals who want to delve deeper into the product, understand its origin, and establish a direct connection with the producer in a close and specialized context.
