How to attach the finger guard: Insert the first tab of the guard into one of the central side slots of the SpeedyMando. Press just above the second tab to insert it into the other slot. How to cut food: Place your ingredient in the guide. Set your SpeedyMando on a cutting board (resting on the non-slip feet) or on a small dish (stabilizing it using the notches under the SpeedyMando). Place the pusher making sure the double arrow points in the direction of the SpeedyMando ramp. Move back and forth by pressing the pusher with one hand and holding the handle with the other. How to set the SpeedyMando to safety position: Insert the pusher into the guide, making sure the lock icons on each side of the guide appear. Press until you hear a click. Usage precautions: Always lock the SpeedyMando and SpeedyGrater after each use. Do not use the product without the pusher and finger guard; the high-quality blade is designed to cut effortlessly. Avoid touching the blade; it is very sharp. Keep out of reach of children. Instructions are available in the user manual provided with the product. For deep cleaning, you can remove the guide by pressing the sides to release it from the slots on the body.
