The Becon Care Protection Plan is designed to provide peace of mind and ensure your Becon scanner continues to perform at its best. This comprehensive plan covers your device against accidental damage and mechanical issues, including drops, spills, and breakdowns resulting from normal use. **ONLY available for the U.S. orders Coverage Benefits Unlimited Repairs Enjoy worry-free ownership with unlimited repairs throughout the coverage period. This includes battery replacements, accidental damage (such as drops), and repairs for issues like cracked or broken lenses. Limited-Time Purchase Window The Becon Care Protection Plan must be purchased within 30 days of your AI Scalp & Skin Scanner purchase. As part of our official service launch in May 2026, existing customers who previously purchased earlier versions of the device will be granted a one-time 30-day window to enroll in the plan from the date of announcement. Beginning June 2026, all customers will be strictly required to purchase the plan within 30 days of their device purchase. No exceptions will be made beyond this period. Hassle-Free Service Process If a covered issue arises, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label to send in your device. Once received, our team will repair your scanner and return it with expedited shipping to minimize downtime.
