Pair V-155 Wall Lamps in Pinewood by Hans-Agne Jakobsson for AB Markaryd, 1960s

Pair of pine veneer wall lights on a copper base. Design by Hans-Agne Jakobsson. Manufactured by AB Ellysett in Sweden. Model V-155. The sconces are composed by pine veneer stripes, bent in a semi-ring form and fixed onto a pine wood frame and a base plate made of copper. These lamps give a nice warm glowing light. Nice state, a few damaged areas and some repairs to the veneer which are barely visible when the lamps are in place. Height = 29cm - Width = 17,5cm - Depth = 16cm
