LA PIRAMIDE — Colombia Washed · Typica & Caturra This lot is coming to us from Inza in Cauca, nestled between the mountains of Huila and Cauca. The valley region is laced with rivers and an ideal area for coffee cultivation. Supposedly known for producing some of Colombias most outstanding and expressive coffees. This is an interesting coffee, fully washed, pinnacle Colombian acidity, bright and crisp. It’s a great all rounder, enjoyable, splendid, amiable, whatever you want to call it, you’ll struggle to find anything you won’t like about it. A cup balanced by the likes of crisp pink lady with floral notes, earthy cacao nib, with a gentle mouth feel. A pleasant drinking experience.
