Quick-frozen un-aged minced grass-fed beef suet is from grass fed beef cattle which have been butchered within 3 days of slaughter and frozen immediately in order to minimise the development of histamine. It is completely unprocessed and ideal for making tallow or adding to other meats to increase the fat content as required by your diet. Why un-aged? We provide a quick frozen range of un-aged meat products, which are butchered, packed, and frozen within 3 days of slaughter. This is to minimise the development of histamine for people who are following a low histamine diet.
