Salmon Gandoura

A warm salmon, more terracotta than pink once it is on. The gandoura is our everyday Moroccan thobe: three-quarter sleeved, cut roomy, light enough to wear through a hot afternoon without noticing it. It suits sunlight, which is where you will wear it. Layer it up in the winter with a hoodie underneath for that signature look and unmatched comfort. Neckline: V neck with an embroidered placket and button detail. Open enough to pull on over the head without unfastening anything. Sleeve: Three-quarter length, ending below the elbow with some signature embroidery. Fabric: Lightweight and breathable. Thin enough for summer, and roomy enough to layer on top of a hoodie when it gets cold. Pockets: Two, set into the side seams. Fit: Roomy. Cut fuller than the kaftan through the body, so it moves with you and leaves space for what you wear underneath. Measurements are on the size guide. Best for: Summer, daytime gatherings, warm-weather Eid. Salmon is a daylight colour and looks best outdoors. Wash instructions: Hand wash or dry clean only. Do not squeeze or twist.
