Installation Tips Connect the 3.5 mm plug to the grill's compatible temperature-probe connection and position the probe in the food. Use the included clips and grommets to help secure the probe and cable during cooking. Clean the probe tip with a damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse the wire or plug in water. For a basic accuracy check, place the probe in ice water; it should read 32°F (0°C). Avoid repeatedly twisting the probe cable, which can cause breakage.
