metaFox "Seasons of Adventure" Metaphorical Visual Map

Make inner journeys visible. And workable. The Seasons of Adventure Discovery Map turns emotions, transitions, and group dynamics into something groups can actually work with. Inspired by the natural cycle of the seasons, this large-format visual map helps people externalize what’s usually invisible. It creates a shared language for feelings, change, and movement without over-explaining or over-analyzing. Use storytelling, symbols, and systemic thinking to guide individuals and groups from where they are to where they want to go. Perfect for moments of transition, reflection, and deep exploration. Big map. Clear structure. Meaningful movement. Works well in Team workshops & offsites Use the map to explore team dynamics, change processes, or moments of uncertainty. Ideal for retrospectives, alignment sessions, or when teams need to zoom out and reconnect. Systemic & constellation work Make relationships, roles, and hidden dynamics visible in a shared space.
