Platypus Ortho Flossers for Braces - Pre-Threaded Orthodontic Flosser Picks, 30 Count

Platypus Ortho Flossers are pre-threaded orthodontic flossers in a resealable pouch of 30, each with a spatula end that slides under the arch-wire. Every Platypus flosser holds its floss on a sturdy handle and tapers to a bracket brush at the opposite end. Platypus Ortho Flossers suit wearers of fixed braces and are made in the USA. Lux Health ships the flossers from Toronto in 1 to 2 business days. 30 per pouch: Each resealable pouch holds 30 Platypus Ortho Flossers and has a hang hole at the top. Spatula end: The spatula slides under the arch-wire and presses against the tooth to hold the floss tight. Pre-threaded floss: The floss is already strung on the handle, so there is nothing to thread by hand. Bracket brush: The handle tapers at the opposite end to a small brush for the brackets. Made in the USA: Platypus Ortho Flossers are made in the USA by Inspiration G5 LLC, trading as PlatypusCo. Platypus prints four steps on the pouch: Insert the spatula under the arch-wire and press lightly against the tooth surface. Slide the floss between the teeth and up to the gums, keeping the spatula pressed against the tooth to keep the floss tight. For difficult areas, maintain spatula pressure against the tooth to remove slack while working the floss into the gap. Use the bracket brush to clean the brackets. What are the spatula and the bracket brush for? The spatula is the flat end that slides under the arch-wire, and it is pressed against the tooth to keep the floss tight while the floss is worked into the gap. The bracket brush is the tapered brush at the opposite end of the handle, and Platypus lists it for cleaning the brackets themselves. Who are Platypus Ortho Flossers for? Platypus Ortho Flossers suit a wearer of fixed braces who wants the floss already strung and a spatula to get it under the arch-wire. A buyer without fixed braces has no arch-wire to pass, so a plain floss pick or string floss covers the same job. Lux Health does not give dental advice, and questions about a specific appliance belong with your orthodontist. Does Lux Health ship Platypus flossers across Canada?
