Warming Rhizome CO₂ Extract — Red Ginger, Zingiber officinale var. rubrum Red ginger, Zingiber officinale var. rubrum, is a distinctive variety of the familiar spice, and here its rhizomes are captured by supercritical CO₂ extraction — a gentle, solvent-free method that preserves the richness of the root.
