Meritor RP-20-145 Front Differential Carrier Adapter

This is a weld-together yourself kit for adapting a Meritor RP-20-145 FRONT diff carrier (the front carrier in many tandem axle trucks) to a QUALITY transmission jack that has for/aft & side to side adjustments! Made from 1/4" steel cut out on a CNC plasma table, this simple 4 piece kit has tabs to aide in assembly. Once constructed, simply weld the unit together! THIS ADAPTER WAS DESIGNED AROUND A RP VARIANT! This is the "pump" version of this style of differential with a filter and a flat base. It will also work with a RD case (non pump version) but will require a shim between the bottom of the diff case and the top of the jack. A block of wood works nicely. Kit is intended for use on a QUALITY transmission jack that has for/aft & side to side adjustments!
