O., Teapot

The signature OGATA Teapot, inspired by the packaging of the T., Collection series. This ceramic teapot serves as a multifunctional vessel, to both brew tea, as well as a cup to drink. The Japanese cedar wood lid serves as both a cover to keep your beverage warm, and doubles up as a sieve to prevent tea leaves from spilling out for a clean pour. The strainer is attached to the wooden lid with magnets. It comes off easily for washing off the remaining tealeaves. Perfect as an every-day teapot for one, to enjoy your daily cup of tea. The wooden lid is carved from sugi- Japanese cedar wood, the same wood used in the OGATA cold tea glass series and O., teapot, making them a harmonious combination.
