We have 9 sheets of plywood that picked up damage in storage and handling. They're structurally sound but they're not sellable as new stock, so they're going out at clearance pricing. The 12mm sheets have chipping and cracked laminate along one edge. Each photo shows a different sheet so you can see the range of what's available.
