Mommy + Me Outdoor Strength & Sculpt Class Saturday, October 10th at 9:30 AM Rocky Point Park | Warwick, RI Under the white pavilion Grab your little one and join us for a fun fall morning of movement at Rocky Point Park! Mamas & Muscles is a 45-minute outdoor strength + sculpt class designed for all fitness levels. Move your body, build strength, get some fresh air, and connect with other moms in the community — all with your little one right there with you. The class will be led by Arianna — mom, doula, and Prenatal + Postnatal Fitness & Nutrition Coach — with movement designed to help moms build strength, move with confidence, and feel supported through every stage of motherhood. Babies and little ones are welcome, but not required! Come with your baby, bring an older little one, or come solo and enjoy the workout. What to bring: • Exercise mat • Water • Blanket for your little one and/or baby carrier • Comfortable clothes you can move in No pressure. No judgment.
