Vendor registration covers both Saturday and Sunday. Table placement is based on the specific section and table selected at checkout. Vendor tables are non-transferable without prior approval from TCG Trade-N-Play. Vendors must provide a clean, professional table covering. Vendors are responsible for their merchandise and personal property throughout the event. All vendors must be completely set up before doors open to attendees. This is a family-friendly event. Vendor merchandise, displays and conduct must be appropriate for a family audience. Detailed vendor instructions, including load-in, parking and event-day information, will be emailed to registered vendors prior to the event. 📸 PHOTO & MEDIA NOTICE Photography and video recording will take place throughout the event. By participating as a vendor, you acknowledge that you and your booth may appear in photography, video, social media content and promotional materials produced by M&M Video Games and TCG Trade-N-Play.
