Reconnaissable à sa croûte légèrement plissée et à sa boîte en bois d’épicéa, il possède une pâte particulièrement crémeuse et fondante. Son goût est doux, riche et délicatement boisé, avec de subtiles notes de sous-bois. Its flavour is mild, buttery and delicately woody, with subtle earthy notes.
