It is crafted in 12-gauge mercerized cotton knit with a relaxed oversized silhouette and features an embroidered Washington Roberts crest with teal detailing, tackle-twill number appliqué, direct-embroidered player name, contrast raglan piping, and double-knit rib finishes. The 10 is central to the design and narrative, representing the player Roberts imagined becoming as a child and forming a counterpoint to the goalkeeper represented in Chapter I.
